Passport Corrections
Garden #13
Corrected garden description:
The Arts & Crafts movement influenced garden design, often using the idea of garden ‘rooms’
to bring the ‘home’ outdoors. Hence, my yard was created by this movement. Over the last 15 years,
I transformed a zero scaped barren rock yard into perennial plant collector’s haven.
Garden #21
Corrected garden description:
Welcome to my garden! In 2014 this yard was full of seriously neglected obstacles and horror stories.
Construction soon began and we started from scratch. This has become the canvas ever since.
Pay attention to the creative details as you travel through. The front yard has been converted to rocks with a large garden box for a full sun vine vegetable garden. The front flower bed is also a show of color as you turn the corner to a shaded garden pathway to the back yard. Roam as you please, you will find large flower beds with hidden treasures, including fossil borders, stone towers and other creative treasures. The south side deck displays annuals and succulents in a shaded sitting area. This garden is a labour of love and is constantly changing throughout the seasons.
